To improve your video quality, check to see if you have the right internet connection for high quality video by checking your connection speed under settings. If your connection speed is under 2Mbps, then you should set your video quality to low. If it's above 2Mbps, set your quality to medium or high.  Choosing the auto option will automatically set your video quality according to the detected internet speed.
